2 More Caching Trails--Buffalo Ranch & Great Salt Lake Shoreline

We spent 3 hours caching on 2 new trails west of the "Golf Ball on a Tee" (or Soccer Ball). It used to be the furthest point west you could go to in Farmington. We were on the Great Salt Lake Shoreline Trail and parts of the Buffalo Ranch Trail. The trails loop around a horse ranch and 3 ponds where "solitude" would best describe the experience and then behind some new subdivisions and some older farmhouses and along the big power lines/poles. We went in the late afternoon...sunsets would be beautiful later in the day.

Cute and friendly baa-baa we saw on one of the farms.

I took this photo to show the geese and ducks on the island...look hard.

Nice photo of pond scum. Can you see the golf ball on the tee and the temple?

A pumpkin patch as seen from the road while driving home...actually in someone's backyard.
