Weeds of West Farmington

This week we decided to get back in the groove of geocaching...our numbers have been dismally lacking this year. Since the weather is perfect...high 70s, low 80s and no clouds or wind...and my back is adequate for easy (flat) hiking or rather walking, we went for it and found 33 caches in 4 days, all within a 2 or 3 miles of our house. (A cacher named bossmanron has gone crazy hiding small caches, many on trails in West Farmington, in the area.) We had a lot of fun, especially being on new trails the city has created and enjoying the warm and sunny fall weather. This blog is about the first evening. I had fun taking photos of plant life, that is to say weeds!

Here they are:

September 21, 2011--Happy Birthday Autumn!

For the first time since forever, Dad and I were in town and we were happily able to celebrate Autumn's birthday ON her day...the 21st of September...International Peace Day. We were few in number (glad Baron could come) but we had a fun evening.
Happy Birthday to you and best wishes for a wonderful year ahead!

2 weeks in September

This photo captures the essence of the first 2 weeks in September. The Hardy's have moved from Provo, Utah, to Farmington, Utah and then from Farmington, Utah to Lewistown, Montana. Click the link to view the ordeal, along with a Airie's baby shower and Colby's birthday.
