Spring is Springing

American Goldfinch...last of the birds at the seed feeder.
We're exchanging it for 2 Hummingbird feeders tomorrow.

The backyard is greening (and pinking at the moment) up.

I just found out that lilac blossoms are edible,

and can be candied like violets for cake or pie decorations.
