The Harry Potter Connection
On our recent trip to the British Isles we found a few connections to the Harry Potter saga. It was a fun quest.
This is the birthplace of Harry Potter in Edinburgh, Scotland. Supposedly J.K. Rowling began writing the first Potter novel on napkins in the Elephant House restaurant because she couldn't afford to heat her apartment! We didn't look for this place...we just happened to walk past it.

Wow, neat places huh? I bet it was fun to see all those places. It's funny that they made a 9 and 3/4 platform, the scottish highlands look beautiful, and I bet it was neat to see Oxford. Glad you had a good time!
You should have stayed a bit longer at Oxford to watch the food magically appear! Fun stuff!
Trepassing muggles! Fun finds.
